“Excellet staff service, very kind and professional people. Big room, good breakfast. Very good food in the restaurant. Easy free parking just outside the hotel door. Very comfortable stay. Good value for money ”

“Everything was ok, also the hotel, the room and the location. The only problem for me was is very dificulte to get your room because you have to call with someone to get the number of your room ”

“The hotel was very close to some nice places such as a little cafe on Jałowego, the Galeria mall, and the Rzeszów square. I could walk to these places in about 10-15 minutes. There are two bus stops on the property which was also very convenient. I actually didn’t need a car my whole time in Rzeszów. The little ice cream shop in the outlet mall next to the hotel was very nice, and the lady working there was very helpful. The staff was friendly and made checking in and out very easy. The room……

“Excellent! Room facilites, Staff services, Breakfast, Location... All excellent! The restaurant is really good. I try the dinner too, also excellent and not expensive. Only one bad is the shower in bathroom. The water is too weak. Difficult to turn medium warm water. Sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold. Really bad experience. Other than this, excellent!”

“ We had a good stay at the hotel. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a clean bathroom. The on-site restaurant and spa were standout highlights. The pool was closed during our visit, which was disappointing since we chose the hotel for swimming for the kids. On the plus side, all staff were very friendly and polite, which greatly enhanced our experience. We’d consider returning if the pool is available next time.”
