We stayed in the Miette rooms and could not adjust air conditioning. It was hot and had to open window. Tiny rooms considering the price of them. Would probably not stay there again unless rooms were cheaper considering what you get.

This room was TERRIBLE. Felt like a dark old dungeon. The room HAD NO TELEVISION!!! Also, no A/C or phone in rhe room to call the front desk. It was so bad we left. The pictures show the deck of the registration desk which is accurate but the rest of the property is grossly misrepresented.

Wonderful location and breathtaking views. The staff are extremely helpful. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and professional. We dinned in.the resturant twice and the food is outstanding.

Remote log cabin style hotel with fine dining facilities. Clean, quiet, comfortable and amazing staff who were so helpful. Beautiful mountain views from the patio.

Property was pretty set back in a wooded area with cabin type rooms and cozy lobby with bar and restaurant. It was quaint and nice for a short stay. It is a very isolated location so not much to do and definitely not a walkable area you need a car to get around for sure. I think its a bit over priced for the location and stay.

Booked through Expedia, somehow there was a mixup and we ended with 2 booked rooms. Property refused to refund the extra room even with some vacancy at property (not like we caused them to lose money with other bookings). Very disappointed in their position to not refund. Expedia did try multiple times to get refund. Management never acknowledged or talked to me.

We were upgraded to a chalet which suited us very well as we had access to washer/drier and a full kitchen. That said we did not have the view that we expected from the original room booked. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable with beautiful scenery from the restaurant

Me and my family were booked to stay for 2 nights but on 1st night itself I came down with an allergic reaction and couldnt stay further. The staff was very sympathetic and tried to help us find alternate accommodation. Though we had a non refundable reservation, the hotel went above and beyond and refunded the 2nd night charge. The property manager Rishi even offered personal assistance if we were to ever go back again. Amazing customer service and views from the property were the exceptional. Rooms can be a bit small but the whole property very well kept and clean. We would definitely be returning.

Staff very friendly. Lovely property, but Unfortunately they do not mention that they are close to the Yellowhead Highway so the traffic noise is very loud. Couldn’t sit out in our balcony to enjoy the view. It is very remote so having complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby in the morning would have been wonderful. Not worth the price we paid.

The outside and views are beautiful. What drew us here was the restaurant, and it was amazing. Our cabin was very lack lustre, and the seating area had one chair and a desk and uncomfortable chair, which was disappeared. The bathroom pocket door somehow locked upon shutting and i was locked inside it for a good while because it wouldn't open !!!
