The one and only time we had contact with the staff it was during check in and check out, and there’s lots of room of improvement in customer service, not even one smile. The room had a weird smell, and we had to keep our windows opened. I won’t say it was terrible, but nothing special. Most likely I won’t stay on Lobstick Lodge again

L'odeur dans la chambre était insupportable, très mauvaise senteur, nous avons du ouvrir les fenêtres et laisser tout ouvert pour arriver à dormir. Le personnel nous a offert de mettre du sens bon..... impossible de changer de chambre.

Good option for a budgeted stay. Like that it has coffee machine. The hotel has free parking on site around the hotel, however its first come first serve basis and it's not so easy to find a spot. That's the only drawback.

The experience was great, the staff were friendly and the room was great. It was just warm and no a/c. They do however provide fans and once the sun goes down we had a good breeze coming into the room. I would definitely stay again but not sure I would chance it in the summer.

Suite was very spacious - made for a comfortable stay. Wish the hot tub was larger or more than one. Walls were paper thin in living room area, could hear the people next door word fit word!

Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and nice towels. Parking was easy with multiple doors to get to you room instead of just the main one. Hot tub, pool and sauna were clean with plenty of towels. Staff were all friendly. I rated it a 4 overall due to the fact that there is no way to control the heat and cold in your room, I had to have the window open the whole trip. Would recommend this hotel for sure!

Dishes were dirty, some old and no longer should be provided for use. The bedding duvet was covered in stains. So grosse. Walls paper thin, can hear everything between rooms. Was fine during the week but the weekend was terribly loud. Pool area is nice. Front desk Staff were very apologetic and helpful with changing bedding and moderating noise. Will not be staying again.

The website does not reflect the current state of the property. The property is very run down and amenities don’t exist that are shown in pictures on website. The pools available were so over taken by rowdy people they could not be used. Would not recommend this hotel false adverting for sure.
