“This is the second year my family has rented this property over the Christmas holiday. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing or all group together for meals/games/opening gifts. The house was decorated and the host had a cute tree put up. This house has everything you need to cook, bake, and host. Joan and her husband are very attentive to your needs and we wanted for nothing. This has quickly become my favorite rental when in Sioux Falls. This was my 3rd or……

“The beds were hard, furniture was cheap, downstairs shower barely useable (drain leaks, shower tension rod not functional, recent water pipe repair visible), ants found under carpet in dining area, carpet stained and smelly, coffee k-cups not working/maker acts as though it hasn't been cleaned well, warm water barely fills tub before its cold, most games unplayable d/t missing pieces. The worst part is the picture of the backyard online doesnt show large section of fence missing. Makes it hard……

“Updates to the home are well done and it is very clean. I needed a place close to Avera McKennan hospital to visit my aunt, and this house is across the street! Not super close to restaurants and other things to do, but I was ok taking lyft or walking. Plenty of space as well. Bath towels were SO soft and I love that there were Kleenex there - I always need them and most vrbos don't have them! As a suggestion, I did feel like some softer touches would be good - a throw blanket for the couch,……

“The 4 bathrooms were great! It is 3 stories with no bedroom on the main floor, which worked fine for us. If you have any elderly in your group, be ware you do have to go up a flight of stairs to any bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of towels. Overall it was a great place to stay!”

“The price was right! This simple “cabin” was a great location for our friends to visit Blue Mounds State Park. Super simple “glamping” cabin at the campground. It needs a few more basics, but I think the are new and assume they’ll outfit the place with the following: pot, cutting board, strainer, coat hooks, towel hooks, curtains in bedroom, nightstands, lamps. That should help make it more cozy and functional. We would stay again for the price. ”
