“Wir sind seit dem 23.12.22 im Appartement Kronenmatte 12 b. Die Schlüsselübergabe war eine Katastrophe ! Nur einer von uns hatte ein Iphone, aber wie das mit der Schlüsselübergabe hätte funktionieren sollen war uns ein Rätsel ! Nach längerer Anreise von dieser unmöglichen Schlüsselübergabe genervt steuerte ich in den nächstbesten Immoladen hinein und OH Wunder ! , die Dame hinter der Theke sagte mir, ich solle mich im Restaurant/Hotel Krone melden, die würden dazugehören.... Nun steuerte ich in……

“Excellent property, 5 stars! Location was perfect with lake views and within 1 block of bus lines, 2 blocks from a beautiful lake walk that stretches for miles in each direction along Lake LeMan. The walk was full of restaurants and shops to enjoy. Also 2 blocks from a grocery and liquor store. Our hostess, Suzy was terrific! She sent an intro msg right away and was quick to respond to any questions we had, even providing suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. The apartment was……

“I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we……
