Receptionist atas nama Alya sangat perfect dan mengerti pekerjaannya dengan baik, pengetahuan mengenai brand sangat excellent, Breakfast staff Mbak Ellisah, sangat attentive dan tau dengan baik guestnya yang menginap lebih dari 1 malam. fasilitas yang sangat terjaga dengan baik dan makanan yang disajikan baik breakfast, stall tenant ataupun room service dengan rasa yang sangat baik. definitely will be back……

“The bathroom was disappointing - dirty & not well maintained. The room had no mini bar - a bit of an inconvenience. The wifi was very poor. We stayed 4 nights, and on all days, there were many instances where noise from team building activities, people using loud hailers for wake -up calls through the corridors of the rooms, and blaring sirens from the team builders disrupted the peace of other guests.
