“This property was excellent. Well appointed and laid out- with 3 good sized bedrooms, three separate wcs/ showers and 2 wonderful spacious balconies and great aircon system throughout.Chill out on the balcony and watch the boats go up and down the canal.Location is superb with only a 3 minute walk to Arenal beach and all that offers.Finally the communication and assistance throughout from Jayne at Ladybird Villas ( agent) needs a special mention. Really helpful and pleasant to communicate……

“Dit is de derde keer dat wij met z’n vieren een villa hebben gehuurd in Spanje, 2 keer via een via een bureau en nu via VRBO / rechtstreeks van de verhuurder.Ik kan jullie vertellen dat het deze laatste keer echt meer dan goed is bevallen en zouden dan ook zeker zonder twijfel bij een ieder deze villa aanbevelen.Het was netjes, schoon, en overcompleet.Perfecte locatie om echt alle kanten op te gaan.(Dénia, Calp, Calla Moraig, Granadella uiteraard Arenal Beach enz.)Wij hebben 2 geweldige weken……

“Pascales property is located in a quiet, peaceful area a short drive from Javea and it amenities. Quite simply the views and general outlook of the villa are stunning. As a family we particularly enjoyed sitting on the upper terrace with our evening meal, taking in the scenery. The pool area is well thought out with shower and toilet facilities on the same level, and the bedrooms are spaced over 2 floors giving guests a sense of privacy. Pascale is a very communicative host, and a easy to talk……

“Anfangs Oktober, bei herrlichen Wetterbedingungen, verbrachten wir (5-köpfige Familie) eine Woche auf dem "Balcon al Mar" in Javea. Eine tolle Urlaubswoche, auch dank der Wahl dieses schönen Ferienhauses. Gesamthaft sehr stimmig, sei es die Raumaufteilung, Einrichtung, Atmosphäre, Garten oder der Ausblick. Beschreibung ist zutreffend, es ist alles wie angezeigt. Unkompliziertes "self check-in", gleichzeitig haben sich die Vermieter aktiv erkundigt und wären bei Bedarf immer erreichbar gewesen.……
