“We are in a group of 15s and staying in this hotel with 2 nights, it requires 30 mins driving from Melbourne airport and very convenient to reach. The environment is very good with some facility being offered. We are so amazing that we are 3 toilet inside each house, and quite convenient to a large group of people. But one thing you should consider is, there is no room service during weekend, no one come for tidy-up the room except for clean up the rubbish. Overall, I still recommend this hotel……

“After being delayed the access for over 20 mins and after numberous calls, we finally got the key... Unfortunately, we were shocked to find unchanged beddings, smelly toilet, unvaccumed rug, crumb-littered floor and dirty sofa.... I had never in my life seen such a dirty accommodation. “I have no choice to leave bad comment to this unit.
Sliding door and back door cannot be locked. Washing machine is leaking and make wet the whole kitchen. Ants is all over the kitchen.
It make our living experience very bad, unsecured, and worried about our belongings, feeling unsafe throughout the entire stay...
And the wifi cannot be connected .
Even we had feedback and sent photos and video many times to property operator, they don't even bother, never send anyone to take a look.

“Absolutely disgusted with this property and the oweners, told me when i was on my way (2 and a half hours of travelling to get there) the original property we booked had a fire and there was somewhere else we could stay. Arrived and it was filthy. Owners were horribel to deal with. Took all our money and didnt come up with a resloution. WARNING WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE DO NOT STAY HERE”

"Very good location close to Southern Cross station and supermarket. Very clean. Amenities are Australian standard (basic level but enough for use). The room is comfy, equipped with a fridge. Breakfast really does not worth going!!! I am on discount but still don't find it worthy. only basic cereals, toasts, egg, beans, milk, coffee machine. For AUD 15 (regular price) and with staff serving the food, they should make more variety of food and make it a better part of the hotel service...."

"Great check in experience even though I arrived an hour earlier than the check in time. The room is ready, quiet and clean. It is just 10 mins walk from Southern Cross station where you can take air bus to the airport. 5 mins walk to tram station which is free to access to CBD ( walk is 20 mins). 15 mins walk to QVM.
It is also amazing to have a bottle of wine as a VIP of hotel.com
