“Very very cute cottage! Looks newley renovated, very clean, had everything we personally needed. It was easy talking to the property manager on VRBO. They replied back in reasonable times. The only thing I would say is I wished it had curtains on the front door for a little more privacy. It is a good distance from the beach, but if you want affordable that isn’t on the beach, this was a good option. It’s close to restaurants and stores. “Perfect for our needs! We were just there for a college graduation and needed a home base. And it was perfect for that! ”

“This was the perfect stay for us (besides the weather)! There were 7 of us which is usually hard to comfortably accommodate. There were 3 full bedrooms with a king/queen beds and a bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds. Our kids range from 15 to 20 (5 of them) and it worked out perfectly! The 4 ft deep saltwater pool was perfect for our needs. The host was so friendly, communicated often and anticipated all our needs! It was the perfect location imo as well. We were not in a major tourist area but……

“Owner claimed this is a half a million dollar house in a gated community. It hasn't been painted in a out 40 years and is bug infested. We had to wipe bugs off toilet before using it wouldn't use tub or shower, bugs all over sink, walls, floors and couldn't e en go to bed without wiping bugs away. We complained to owner and he said too bad, you get what you pay for. We left and lost all our money- almost $1000. Terribly disappointed.”

This location is very close to any shopping needs and, of course, is as close to the beach as most other listings on this side of town. We come down and rent with our two dogs and often with our two adult children and this house would be very comfortable if we had our kids and their significant others, which we did not have this time.
