But what was also remarkable was that the staff was not only friendly, but also went above and beyond to help us figure out transportation during a train strike. “Excellent accueil avec plein d’attentions très appréciables (chaussons et peignoir à disposition pour la piscine, biscuits et carafe d’eau fraîche tous les jours dans la chambre, cadeau de départ…). “Das Hotel liegt malerisch gelegen und ist wirklich ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Der Service war gut, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich aufmerksam. Der Spa war schön, aber man hat nur eine Stunde gratis Aufenthalt pro Tag als Gast. Das ist jedoch vollkommen genügend. Das Restaurant war sehr lecker und man bot mir sogar vegetarische Alternativen an. Sehr großes Lob! ”
