“We had an amazing time and loved this place! It is just as described and the owner was incredibly helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and the house is great! We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds in the morning and using the karaoke machine at night! We had a great time hanging out by the river, as well as in the spa. Everything was great!”

“We have family in the Tylertown area and usually stay at their place when we come for a visit. This time we decided to rent a place for the two nights and found Colbys River Retreat. Jolla was an awesome host. Greeted us to show us the functuins in the rv and gave us a bag of fresh picked blueberries. She was incredibly nice the rv was clean and had eerything you woukd need. “We had an amazing time at this cozy cabin on the river. This cabin is perfect for 2 (and a water-loving dog) and has everything you need. “Loved the decor, clealiness of interior and all the rooms were as pictured. The two tvs in the other rooms did not work which was disappointing as lounging in bed was going to be a plus. Check-in was a little difficult since arrived when was dark and had to locate an extra key in the back since a door lock that was to be left unlocked wasn't. Also A/C was completely off when arrived on what had been a very hot day so took some time to cool down to a comfortable temperature. Would stay there again though.”
