It took half an hour but still couldn't find the luggage trolley. There was only one bath towel, no towels for hand and face washing. When I tried to call to ask for towels, I discovered that the guest room phone was not working.

Not sure why I am being asked to rate this place again, but the room which was supposed to be NON SMOKING REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE, and we were not provided toilet paper or fresh towels after requesting them twice. See my other review. This hotel has gone downhill over the last few years. Will not be staying there again.

Room wasn’t the reservation I paid. 2 queens instead of 1 king. Non smoking instead of smoking. No break in rate. Room had odor. Hallway carpet stains. Put me about as far from parking lot as I could get.

The place is closed - they only open then rooms and the venue for events, so no pool, no bars, no restaurants. Therefore, you can stay if you’re attending a concert for safety if you drink during the event. You can walk to the other casino which is somewhat operational. I had fun and people were friendly, but all the other amenities they had are gone

Buffalo Bills closed, but we were not informed. We went to the only open resort nearby, couldn't find the registration desk as it was ill marked. Was informed that our reservation had been transferred there. Room was 1990's, hallways dark and smelled of cigarettes and carpets were just dirty in the halls. Only one restaurant onsite that was extremely understaffed and limited in choices. Went to bar to find every seat had gambling machines and all drinks came in disposable plastic cups and we're poorly made. The emphasis was all gambling with no effort to make overnight accommodations acceptable. WILL NOT RETURN

WICHTIG: Das Hotel Buffalo Bill's Resort und Casino IST GESCHLOSSEN! Wir fuhren direkt zum Hotel und dort fanden wir einen typischen 'Lost Places' vor. Alles zu, versperrt keine Menschen und keine Autos ... wie bei Walking Dead ;) Unsere Zimmer hatten wir im Mai 2025 gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Nun fanden wir einen kleinen Hinweis auf das nahegelegene Hotel Primm Valley und konnten letztlich mit unserer Buchung dort einchecken. Also gilt die Bewertung auch letztlich dem Primm Valley. Nach unseren ersten Schreck fanden wir dann aber das "Lost Places" Narrativ doch irgendwie ganz interessant. Leider wird auch das Primm Valley nicht mehr lange betrieben werden, die oberen Etagen sind nicht mehr in Benutzung, dort waren baufällige Hotelverkleidungen von Aussen gut sichtbar und insgesamt kaum eine handvoll Gäste. Dennoch waren die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht, uns einen anständige Aufenthalt (nur eine Nacht) in einem einst sehr prunkvollem Hotel zu ermöglichen. Wir haben sogar ein preiswertes und gutes Steak und Fish & Chips im Restaurant bekommen. In der Umgebung ebenfalls alles mehr oder weniger geisterhaft, ein verlassenes Outletcenter (natürlich geschlossen) und dann wie beschrieben der Blick auf das komplett verlassene Buffalo Bill's mit seiner Achterbahn-Silhouette und ehemaligen gigantischen Werbetafeln. Es kann einem schon wehmütig werden, wenn man an die einstigen Tage voller Pracht und Leben denkt, die dort wohl mal angesagt waren. Es hat eben alles seine Zeit.

Wow...such a junkie place. Room was stripped of all but most basic, just a bed and couple towels. We were so surprised...did not know about hotels like this. Like something from a horror movie. Bright spot was the young desk clerk who was so sympathic and as helpful as she could. Dont stay here!
