“House was very nice, in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes to Publix. The host was responsive and accommodating. My only critique would be that maybe a couple of different pan options, 1 with a lid. I used the kitchen because I was visiting my husband and stepson who are working out of town and living in a hotel, wanted to make them feel at home.”

“Amazing”

“We were in Kingsport to visit relatives and needed a place to stay. This house was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We didn’t need to cook, so I can’t speak to that. The only negative I have to say is that the air freshener was too strong when we first got there. It made us wonder if it was going to smell bad when it wore off but it didn’t. The house didn’t need it. I’d definitely stay here again and just ask the host to hold the air freshener. ”

“The house was perfect for our stay, with two separate living spaces (upstairs and down), spacious kitchen and open floor plan and the views! Sunrises over the lake and an awesome screened porch. We will stay here again! The hosts were kind to decorate with a tree and other Christmas decor. ”

“A perfect getaway! We were in town for a wedding, and were so glad we chose this cottage over a hotel. The views of the water and the sun setting were the icing on the cake. It was clean, comfortable, plenty of dishes if you want to whip up a gourmet meal. I wish we had time to use the dock and campfire area, but will for sure next time we are out there. Plenty of wild life to see, just be careful driving at night! Kurt was very responsive and we will be back! K and J”

“My husband, daughter & I came from WNC to Greeneville for a show at Niswonger and just needed a place to get away for a bit from the Helene aftermath that’s still very prevalent in our county. This house was so welcoming, clean and full of charm! Although short, the getaway has definitely refreshed us for another long week back home. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future! “Perfect for what we needed and easy to get to. House is very cozy, spacious and clean. It has a fenced in backyard with a little patio. The rooms were very large. They had snacks and board games. Host communicated well with clear instructions. I would stay here again.”

“The property and communications were exceptional. The house was in a pleasant neighborhood, close to everything and fully appointed - absolutely nothing was overlooked or left out. The manager was exceptional too. We arrived early and he was able to accommodate us, plus we had tech trouble with the TV and he was able to get us going without any issue. What a pleasure - we highly recommend this property.”
