Avoid at all costs....

We made over reservations through hotel.com for the reviews it had good rating and pictures of the reality was different.... Room was dirty had this weird smell. Poor air quality in room. The carpet was dirty. Had mold in the bathroom... Dust over the counter and chair. Tap and bidet had a leak and the toilet was loose... The room had no towels in the room upon arrival at 12 AM... As they were not prepared for us... It is not family friendly.... And smoke smell is all over the floors.... Breakfast was horrible... We ended up eating outside...

A fantastic hotel with luxury ! Reception : We were welcomed by the receptionist team. It was hard to find the booking but later on they found it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room: Very specious room, comfort and lux indeed . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanses : Very cleaned and well maintained ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Facilities: Everything was there and in good condition ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Check in & out timing : We were offered extra hour as we were catching a late flight ✈️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breakfast: Very delicious and great choice of foods were provided as breakfast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall: overall it was a great experience and wonderful staff at the hotel, these wonderful people made the difference. The service provide by the hotel staff was good. Also the property is located in a convenient place. I could walk to the sea side. However, the inside the property is old. They have done some renovation / repainting etc, but it was still visible that the property needs some more work. The meal options are very limited. There are some fast food near by like pizzahut and McD, but no fanciful restaurants.
