This glorious area has vineyards and cider mills, farm visits and an opera season during the summer. The Baseball Hall of fame in Cooperstown and the famous Woodstock are close by and the area has many fine restaurants, boutiques and book stores.There is a world renown mountain biking center on the mountain trails on Windham Mountain. With farm shops, a good supermarket, gourmet smoked meats and a full wine and spirits store are within 6 miles make it easy to arrive, stock up and enjoy your country stay.
