Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“I reserved a king bed room, got a double bed room. When I checked in the man at the counter looked into my purse while I was digging for my wallet and says you smoke as he saw cigarettes in my purse. I say yes, he says there is no smoking in your room if you do I’ll charge you. He was borderline rude as I said to him I dont smoke in my house so I won’t smoke in your hotel room. I’ve Stayed before at this hotel and was great for the price, this time the man checking me in just made me want to……

“Property is newly remodeled and except for a few small issues, was good for the money. Staff responded quickly to the few problems we had (TV needed new cable box and a door lock sticking) Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. ”

“Check in staff was friendly and helpful, although the room was clean many of the floor tiles leading to the bathroom were damaged and loose causing my wife to stumble as her house shoes caught on these tiles. Could have led to a major fall with serious consequences. Some areas around loose tiles sagged when stepped on. Possible some kind of leak was cause of uneven floor. Nightstand on right side appeared to have come apart and when my wife went to move it closer to the wall plug to charge her……

“This place is dump. It's a run down motel in a very rough part of town. Ther place was dirty, the floor felt spongey and it smelled like mildew. The bathroom was dirty and falling apart. I was afraid my car would be broken into and we definitely saw prostitutes walking around nearby. We decided to eat the money and didn't even stay here. We found a much nicer hotel about 10 minutes away. I would avoid this place at all costs. I'm shocked anyone would ever choose to stay here.”
