“This is a cozy one bedroom loft with a full kitchen, living room (with pullout couch), and a small screened in deck. It has a single flight of stairs to go up. The deck overlooks the property and the lake, where you can watch the boats coming in and out of the marina. Nice place for morning coffee or to sit and read at night when you get tired of fighting off the bugs by the water. “The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is……

House was centrally located within walking distance of great restaurants, breweries and shops. Hosts were available if need be and communicated quickly questions before and during our stay.
