“This 3rd floor room was not correctly represented. Nothing said abt 3rd floor. Staircase to rm 5 very steep with no workable lighting. There were lights but inoperable. Obviously not completely inspected. A/c worked but inefficient. Not a choice for most people . Extremely bad for elderly. Kitchen primitive. Wifi ok. Low oh clearence. Clean bath, frig effective, no k cups. Not a pleasant experience. Access shud have been revealed. ”

“Quiet, clean, pleasant neighborhood, walkable (sort of long) to downtown. Reasonably priced for what it is, basically a comfortable bedroom with a second room. As the listing says, there isn't a full kitchen, just a microwave and coffee machine and a small fridge. There is an outstanding breakfast place a short walk away (The Biscuit) so you won't miss preparing breakfast. Owner lives in the other half of the house and was very pleasant.”
