We picked this place for its location and conveniences to the center of town and surrounding businesses.The check in process was easy and had no difficulty with access to the rental or using the amenities. Should have been provided without having to request the info every time we realized a new thing was not communicated. (Check-in procedures, where to park, WiFi information, etc) The location is good but that’s it. We stayed 10 minutes before determining that this place was completely unacceptable. Whoever is doing this left me, my husband., our 2 year old daughter, 9 month old son & pets stranded after we evacuated Florida from hurricane Milton.
