“We came to vernal for a family reunion and we were pleased to stay at this beautiful home. It was a great place for my teenagers to hang out and relax. The arcade game was a hit! The neighbor was quiet and relaxing.”

“This was a great place for our family of six to stay and prepare for our rafting trip. Plenty of space, comfy beds, and well-equipped! Cleanliness was particularly excellent.”

“Everything about this place was awesome. It was located in a nice, quiet part of town. The amenities were all in good working condition, except for the fireplace. It seemed that the fireplace did not work. However, considering the condition of everything else in the room, I'm sure that if the fireplace is broken, it will be fixed for the next guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.”

“Our family of 6 came (3 kids) came for the weekend to explore the Dinosaur Monument and state parks. It was fantastic! Location is perfect, 5 bedrooms and 2 living spaces for everyone to spread out was wonderful. Full kitchen, laundry, back porch with a view, couldn’t have been better. Super clean and tidy, definitely would stay again!”

“It was a very peaceful stay. The home was everything we expected. Quaint and welcoming with first floor laundry, newer appliances, comfortable furniture. We loved the rock garden in front. The bathroom was small but we managed. The fenced back yard was great for the dog. All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves. In fact, two of our party are wondering if the house might be for sale any time soon. ”

“It is a fine place to say. Despite the 4 check in time on the listing, we could not get in till 5. Too many barking dogs in the neighborhood all hours of the night. Not good! Minimal kitchen stuff. But very clean and roomy. ”

“Advertisement was not correct. There was no pool or spa until the last day. It needed maintenance. Price was good.”
