“垃圾，在前台等了两小时才入住，一点都不值。rubbish, wasting 2 hours in checkin, bad service but expensive, not worthy!”

“酒店設計得好，泳池很大，早餐豐富，房間衛生很好，有露台。另一邊是Palace，裡面有一所spa，spa pool拍好好看，還有一家非常隱蔽的意大利餐廳叫othello，可以靜靜的用餐！”

“Tyvärr så genomgår hotellet renovering, därav mycket pågående arbete med tillhörande oväsen. Städning och Service var mycket bra! Bra närområde med bra utbud och gångavstånd till det mesta.”

“The pro’s of this property is the room is comfortable and has everything needed, and the hotel is close to attractions and dining options. Unfortunately the wifi is weak on the second floor where my room was and on the last night while I was eating in the restaurant, I was given an envelope by the manager to put my tip in when I checked out the next day, I was then asked 2 more times about the tip by the manager. This is very poor manners, pushy and made me feel very uncomfortable. A tip should……

“Staff if helpful and nice. The tours suggested by the host to essaouira and Sahara were great. Comfy and spacey room and public area. Near big square within 5 mins walk.”

“2 chambres réservées pour mes proches pour 3 nuits. Leurs retours: Chambres trop petites, oreillers sales, très mal insonorisées, matelas durs, pas de rideau de douche dans la salle de bain, petit déjeuner tout juste acceptable... J'ai prévenu par email dés le premier soir de l'insatisfaction de mes proches pour qui j'ai fait cette réservation: ni réponse, ni intervention... Pierre & Marie, je trouve que vous avez une drôle de façon de traiter vos clients ! Cette adresse n'est pas à la hauteur……
