We arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff told us the order only accommodation, meals not included. Asked him to check with Hotel.com. “兩層樓的大公寓，雖然建造日期已有幾百年，但是維護的狀況很好，很乾淨，浴室很大，有兩個洗手檯。廚房用具油鹽醋都有備齊，還有免費的瓶裝水。裝設漂亮。員工也很友善。”

“Una estancia muy tranquila y placentera en pareja. la habitación ,limpia y en perfetas condiciones, con buena temperatura y las camas cómodas. Hubiera preferido una cama de matrimonio, en lugar de 2 camas individuales. El buffet a la altura de lo que se espera de un Barceló de 4 estrellas. Todo más que correcto.”

“This has got to be one of the worst rooms that I have ever stayed in. First, the lady at the desk was very rude. She spoke no English or French or German but still insisted on shouting in Spanish although I told her that I didn't understand. The main complaint however was how filthy the room was. Dirty and greasy. How the cleaning lady kept her job is a mystery. The walls were stained as well. The room was falling apart. AC worked but the cover was missing and it blew bits of black debris all……
