“This was a great choice for our family of five staying in Sedona. Very easy to check in. Clean and large rooms. Everything we needed to make dinner. No need to contact the host so not sure if responsiveness but since everything was perfect we didn’t need to. Used the tennis and pool and those were great too. My only suggestion would be a few more trash cans particularly in the bedrooms. ”

Little things like daily breakfast options, coffee/sugar, ziplock baggies, condiments, chip clips, and the Red Rocks parking pass - very kind and most appreciated when traveling. Terry was a stellar host - very informative and communicative. We are sun up/sun down hikers and have stayed at lots of different places. This was a pleasant surprise, and I highly recommend. ”

“The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. Lots of statues and a pretty pond but hard to enjoy with all the crap everywhere. The back patio was nice but could really use a jacuzzi out there. Inside was nice but rustic. Our room was okay the bed was really small, but I saw another suite that was really nice. Our room had the best view of courthouse though. You can't beat the……

“This is a sweet little single condominium in a quiet, convenient location. Michele was easy to reach and responsive when I had questions. There was a slight glitch when she asked me if I would leave the apartment for a few hours so that she could bring in some repair people. (She wanted to handle the repairs at all three of her units & mine was the only one occupied.) At first I said yes, although it would mean rearranging my schedule and figuring out a place to secure my belongings. After……
