“Quite a few broken elements in the house - the oven in particular doesn’t work properly. Property manager is impossible to call, and slow to respond to emails. While the manager will claim in reply to this “they didn’t get a chance to fix these problems during our stay”, the reality is prior reviews have left the same feedback and nothing has been done. I’ve emailed the manager with specifics, and hopefully it will be rectified for future guests. ”

“Our family of 12 (6 adults, 6 children) had a wonderful 3 night stay at the start of the NSW school holidays, We greatly appreciated the care package (lots of yummy goodies) that Luane left for us. There is so much to do at the property that you don’t need to leave. It was well equipped - from kitchenware, to IT, to kids’ toys, to activities for all. Communication with Luane was seamless, making arrival and departure very easy. We had a wonderful family holiday and we would love to come back……
