One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I called the day before our stay to inquire about an early check-in as our travel plans let us to arrive early at the park hotel and their check-in time is at 4 PM.We were told they would submit a request and told us to call again the morning of our stay. We called that morning and we’re told that no one is getting an early check-in because they were fully booked the night before and need to clean the rooms. When we arrived early, the girl at the front desk was not polite or helpful and told us that she can’t do any early check-in, but to check back in an hour. This went on all day until 3:30 PM. We had several friends and met groups of people at the concert who all said they were able to walk up to the front desk as early as 11 AM that day and got an early check-in. The lack of customer service and attitude of the employees left a very bad taste in my mouth. If they had just told us the day before that there were no early check-in we could’ve planned accordingly. The fact that some people were randomly allowed to check in early and others weren’t felt very unfair and unprofessional.

I liked the proximity to the Met Life Stadium and the Dream Mall but the hotel needs to be renovated. The check in person told me that he already told me the check in time when it was my 1st time asking. I guess we all look alike. The restaurant was not opened for breakfast. The room I paid for was a king suite with skyline view. When I arrived all of 2 hours after check in started, my room type was sold out. Instead of making a bigger deal out of it I accepted a downgraded room and was told I would be refunded the difference in price from the room I selected to the room I got. I have yet to hear back from the manager about this. Their third party vender for shuttle service to the MetLife stadium is sketchy af. When the show was over none of us were confident we were on the right shuttle and when the driver took a wrong turn, we all thought we were going to get kidnapped bc no one knew where we were going. It was terrifying. To wrap it all up, every single sound made in the rooms on either side of us was clear as if they were in the room with us and there was no hot water in the bathroom (sink or shower) I’m very disappointed in my stay.

不满意：服务设施
The positives my room was on the corner so it was a nice size..The bed was comfy. I could hear absolutely everything from the other room through the connecting door even with it closed. The view was of a parking lot and highway. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Stains still on the toilet .. bring cleaning products ..They had a microwave in the lobby for all to use. If you need a quick sleepover it’s not the worst place.

I was told a shuttle would pick me up in Secaucus. I was not told where and when shuttles runs so I had to spend 25.00 on an Uber to get myself(a senior) and my young granddaughter out of the rain. The restaurant was a bar so I could not take my granddaughter and had to spend extra for room service. I will say that the food was very nicely prepared and tasted good but very inconvenient for families.
