The staff was friendly, clean facility. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the host was very welcoming. The bathroom was recently renovated. The beds and linens were clean and crips. Overall 10 out of 10 we will stay here again.

We had a wonderful overnight stay! We were in town for the Beyoncè Cowboy Carter Tour. The hotel was in a great location to the venue, it offered a free shuttle to and from the concert which was such an added convenience. The shuttle began trips from the hotel at 4 pm to the American Dream Mall where concert goers were able to walk a 5 minute walk through a tunnel to MetLife Stadium. We were able to enjoy the mall for a bit and grab some food before heading over to the concert. After the concert we called the provided number for the shuttle to come pick us up at the designated pick up location at the mall, it was an easy process. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were also friendly and great! Although we checked out very early, they also offered complimentary breakfast, beginning at 7 am. We will definitely be back later in the summer!

Everything was great for our needs- except the shuttle after the concert we went to. The driver on the drop of said “meet me right where I’m dropping you off”. When the concert was done the shuttle was picking people up in a different location. We kept seeing it go by full of people. Frustrating. By the time we figured it out it was 40 minutes later, we were last in a long line, and we ended up paying for an uber.

Horrible beyond belief. Carpeting in and outside the room was filthy and not maintained during our stay. Toilet paper not within reach of toilet seat (and I'm 6'4") No cup holder for soap. Bathroom counters not wiped down during stay. No place in shower to put soap and/or shampoo. TV smaller than my computer monitor. Two lamps inoperable (not just the bulbs). Complaints addressed to manager (no older than 25 years) and were dismissed out of hand. Have filed complaint with Expedia, AAA, and my credit card company for refund.

First room i got the shower floor was never clean was dirty and there was hair all over it went to the front desk and they acted like i was lying to her, she gave me another room and the toilet wasn’t working had to wait until the next day in the afternoon for them to fix the it next day same thing happened with the toilet we had to go downstairs to use the toilet they never apologized and the only thing they did was offered to switch rooms once again!!

Excellent base in New Jersey offering a free shuttle bus ride to the station on request and it's then a simple $10 per person return ride by train into Manhattan that only takes around 8-10 minutes from there. American Dream and MetLife are close by both of which are accessible by the free shuttle bus service so in terms of access and convenience the hotel is excellent. The property itself is slightly dated and there is a little noise from the surrounding roads but when you put it's excellent staff and location into the equation you get everything from this hotel as a traveller that you need and those two slight negatives really don't matter. Breakfast was a little limited but there were no concerns as to the great quality of the food. I would however have liked to have seen some bacon offered with the sausages and egg already available but again this is from my perspective and this won't and shouldn't matter to most. We will probably be going via New York to LA next year and depending on the rates due to the FIFA world cup taking place in the US at that time it is our intent to stay here again because on the things you need in a stay, this hotel does a fantastic job of delivering well.

I was very disappointed in this hotel.... the room i was put into was next to a room that was under construction, I could hear the noise of the men working on the room. The ice machine on my floor did not work so I was told to go the third floor for ice. The water in my shower was not hot only warm.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside it looks a little "tired", but the inside was great! I think my room must have just been finished in an update because everything had a modern feel and was spotless. We ate in the restaurant, and the staff there were amazing; very attentive and friendly. I would stay there again if needed.
