When I arrived, I had a spa appointment right before the check-in time, and while they could not allow early check in, those working in the makeshift lobby (as the real one is under reservations) were kind enough to hold onto my bags so that I could go enjoy my spa services. Then from check-in to check-out the next day, my friend and I were always greeted or helped by the most hospitable people. Those whose names I was able to catch were Michael and Victor, but the woman who checked us in and out was also very lovely. I also love that this hotel is so close to everything, allows for a wonderful water view, and treats everyone so kindly. As this was just a girl’s weekend gathering, we don’t often stay at hotels with this kind of pricing but decided to splurge as we have been through a lot over the last few months. We were so glad we did. From their spa to dinner and drinks nearby at The Lola to an amazing sleep to brunch at Dear Maud, we got what we needed as working moms: time to regroup, rejuvenate, reconnect, and relax.
