“We love staying here! This was our second time in this building and it's a great location, easy access and the parking space it golden! The only issue we had was with communication on getting access to the apartment and a few things that were missing. ”

“We stayed in a family unit with three beds in the property's basement and it was a very spacious unit. We really liked that the hotel is situated on a quiet street/alley just a minute's walk from limitless shopping, dining, transit options and we enjoyed walking to the old city down Jaffa street daily. The staff was courteous and the value for the price paid was incredible. We would consider the property during an extended stay in Jerusalem again - it felt like we had our own private……

“The property has an apartment and the individuals rent it as if it is part of the hotel. It doesn't have the same service as the hotel rooms. The listing is wrong and I will have to pay extra to get a clean room operated by the hotel. I don't recommend renting the apartment onwed by an individuals.”

“They didn’t have our reservation made with Expedia, they didn’t want to give us our reservation, while they knew they are having issues with their bookings on Expedia.”

“Marianne was a dream to work with. The apartment had everything we needed. There’s plenty of room for the five of us and more. Parking was a real plus. All the appliances worked well and made our stay easy. Definitely would recommend and stay again. ”

“The size of the room was good, but the shower room was very dirty and needs a thorough cleaning. The hot water supply was not stable. The location was good but the room was facing the street, close to a nightclub and a hostel with external cinema, very noisy until late night. If you are a light sleeper, then find another place. I have to use earplug to sleep during my stay. The beddings were not very clean as well, as I can see the stains very clearly. ”

“The Even Israel apartments have an excellent location if you want easy access to town and the Old City. The apartments are new and beautifully furnished. Benjamin’s service was excellent. Cleaning fee is additional to daily rate. Access to the apartments with lots of luggage requires a bit of negotiation. ”

“No air conditioning despite they said it was working, internet did not work either despite user and passwords were provided and the worst cold water they told me how to turn it on but I did it for two hours and zero hot water came out of the faucet those are just facts and I am usually pacient but this just over pass me ”

“The bathroom does not have a real door so there is no privacy. Someone tried to open our door during the night and we were not sure who it was. When you enter the building, everyone is staring at you and it feels uncomfortable. The TV did not work. ”
