"the hotel was amazing I would be back, but the man at the front desk (Ahmed) was terrible, we asked for 2 beds and after 3 times going up to the 10th floor and finding a one bed we got a the room with 2 beds."

"no shower gel from the first day we checked in. we had to call the reception, but they did not have the bottles refilled. And then we had to call the reception again, and they sent someone to give us some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The following day still no one had the shower gels ..."
