“Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house.”

“Partiamo col dire che la casa si trova in una posizione ideale se si cerca una vacanza rilassante..tutta circondata da bellissime colline. Nella casa non manca assolutamente nulla(forse l'aria condizionata per quando fa davvero caldo). Il giardino è davvero immenso,grandi alberi che regalano ampie zone d'ombra..noci,fichi,ciliegi...piscina grande e tenuta sempre pulita da Gabriella. Che dire..consigliatissima circondata da bellissime ”

“Posizione ideale, parking riservato, su due piani, recentemente rinnovato; con angolo caffè attrezzato, arredo nuovo, moderno, funzionale ed esteticamente gradevole. Fronte e vista mare, meravigliosamente “pieds dans l’eau” e colazione rigorosamente in veranda, in spiaggia. Unica mancanza, ma trattasi di esigenza estremamente personale ( porto lenti ed occhiali): specchio ingrandente per maquillage… Tornerò senz’altro e lo consiglio assolutamente ”

“It was a pleasure to spent a time at Casciano villa. We have great time with our friends and kids (6x adults, 5x kids: 4-10 years old). Pool area, amazing views, beautiful garden, relaxing atmosphere. Silent and nature- if you like it- this is a place for you:) In my opinion kitchen is well equipped, 3 bathrooms are available with shower and bathtubs, with washing machine, villa is really clean. There are a stone stairs inside (for families with small babies it might be challenging). Property……

“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... Wir haben uns sehr gefreut”

“Wie (2 families with children from 10 to 18) had a great time in a wonderful situated house near the sea (10 minutes by car). The pool is big and filled with saltwater and surrounded with enough deckchairs for everybody… The interior of the house is very nice and the Kirchen really big and with everything you need. The only thing to know is, that the room with the four beds is under the roof and therefore really narrow.”
