“First of all when i check in , the front desk staff told me the room type i booked is not available and she can offer a free upgrade to me to a executive room with bigger room size but the shower and bath tube are integrated. i was no choice but accepted the offer. Actually the room is big but the facilities are very old . 1. the freezer is like a display box w ligithing , it is totally not work and even hoter than room temperature. 2. “這次住行政房，居然有免治馬桶，太棒了，早餐可以，該有的都有，飯店走出來就是觀前街商圈，吃喝逛街很方便，唯一缺點就是自駕進市區會比較堵，但是不礙事 早點出門亦可！會再選擇。”

“來蘇州旅遊選了這酒店。進房間看了這沒景的窗就後悔了。窗外看白牆，房內坐椅是背著電視，完全不人性化。房內空調只有暖氣。晚上要開窗才行。房內隔音特差，早上都聽著行李在房外拖在石地的聲音。”

“Staff at the front desk (張嚴 and 王璐) was very helpful in answering questions and booking tickets for number of museums. Attendants at at the front door were eager to assist with giving directions. Overall, service is excellent. Room and everything were tidy and clean. I will rebook this hotel next time I am in town.”
