“Stayed 2nights but got charged 3 nights. Upon booking it was clearly mention pay at the hotel upon check out but at the time of booking either hotel or hotels.com took 1 night deposit and at the hotel also took 2nights so total 3 nights paid. No one took responsibility. Ended up keep calling Hotels.com CS and hotel, long waiting and bound back and forth, finally will get 1 night refund but don’t know when. ”

“The receptionist barely spoke english and did not seem very keen to try and communicate with us, but with a translator app it worked out alright. The rooms are a bit shabby-looking, the carpet was very worn-down and the windows were really dirty aswell. But overall, the room was really big and the beds were comfortable (in comparison to most places in China). The hotel also provided little sanitary packs and towels.
