“This accommodation is very convenient and economical as a transit hotel. They provide free shuttle bus service. Please take note that you need to ask at the information counter close to the Entrance 13 inside the Chengdu Airport. I didn't notice the counter and went out from the airport, then I was in a trouble a little. Shuttle bus driver was kind to me. Check-in process was very quick. “When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. ”

“Hotel is a bit far from the Metro station. However it is pretty easy and cheap to get a private driver via Didi and Baidu App. Room is very huge and offer all amenities except hand soap. All the staffs are very helpful and go all out to help the hotel guest. Thumb up for the counter staffs in the hotel. ”
