“The property only communicated to us the check in instructions on the day before our booking date, causing us very much anxiety that we may be homeless. On top of that, the contact information they provided was incorrect. While staying at the property, the pillow covers we received had holes in them, despite the booking mentioning breakfast was included, the host did not honor it and repetitively denied it was included. They were also extremely rude. Lastly, the property confuses many taxi……

Private pool was well used also late night and early morning dips. Villa was just beautiful. The lay out is exactly ilike the photos online. Staff so kind and respectful. Love love love. When kids say the love something you know its honest truth. ”

“Don’t be fooled by the photos - by the time we arrived at the location (after searching for it for 1 hour because the address is wrong and there are 4 addresses online), they told my guest that the room was double booked and moved her to another hotel nearby. Although that hotel was nice, it took a total of 2 hours to find and check in (finally checked in at 1am).”
