“I stayed here twice. This was the only hotel I found in China that actually spoke no English. Most of the staff was nice but one bad apple made things very unpleasant--when checking in, the receptionist first ignored us for 5 minutes while letting others go first, then (very deliberately) tried to charge 70 yuan extra, and then took about 15 minutes to run the credit card correctly.
