“there is no lobby management. guests sleep on the chairs in the lobby and in the coffee shop ...the check in staff gave the wrong wifi number in the room so we can't get on the map”
“Muy oscura la habitación, no hablan inglés en lobby, no entienden inglés en room service (nunca me llegó lo que pedí), solo 3 asensores para 25 pisos y resulta que el quinto tiene salón de eventos, imposible el asensor en los momentos que entran, salen o descansan en los eventos del quinto piso, buen desayuno, excelente ubicación.”
