“周りに夜市や市場があり、莫高窟陳列館まで徒歩圏内です。バス停も近くにあり立地は良いです。 スタッフの方は簡単な英語でも話せませんが、一生懸命対応してくれてホスピタリティーは素晴らしいです。朝早く外出する時も、まだ暗いけど大丈夫かと心配までしてくれました。 しかし、ホテルの水回りの設備は悪いです。スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしいだけに残念です。”

“We stayed in a business suite which was delightful, large, clean, beautifully appointed. There were two big problems: the heat didn't work, and the room was quite cold even in November. In addition, there was only a trickle of hot water! Taking showers was a challenge. For the money, this hotel was worth it, but the experience could have been much better. ”
