“This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. I'd definitely return!”
“My husband and I have different sleeping hours , the lighting switch designs should be the best amongst the hotels we've been staying. Also our room has a sauna. We had a very pleasant and enjoyable 4nights stay in Gajeon Tokyo Hotel. Next time Tokyo we definitely will stay in this hotel again. ”
“We loved how spacious this property was for us. (Family of 4 who are pretty all on the taller side). The place felt like home right away. The elevator was quick and efficient, we felt safe and private.
The place had a beautiful source of sunlight and illuminated our place with nice vibes.
At night we heard the fire station a few times but it wasn’t that bad. And only other con is that the address provided is difficult to find for taxi drivers. There is no sign that says hotel re:once……
