“The performance of the staffs here make us expressed. They are active, patient and nice. They provides the service of ordering Ramanyana show ticket and rent scooters. In the morning, we have not told them we would like to rent a scooter, they called us to checked( when we checked in, we ask some questions about the renting scooter). “The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city.”
