Loo’s Roost is located in a quiet country neighborhood on Johns Island. Owners live in the main house on this property but the fully-furnished/equipped 650 sq ft studio is all yours to privately enjoy!
If you’re into the farm life, you’ll find it here on a small scale. We have chickens, cats, dogs, frogs in the pond, all in a peaceful homey setting.
Johns Island is centrally located between the City of Charleston and Folly Beach. Both areas are only a 20-25 minute drive in either direction.
So much to do, see, eat and drink are well within your reach from Loo’s Roost.
A little bit about the property owners - Steve and Betsy McManus bought this wonderful property in 2020 with the intention of having a retirement home with income-earning potential. Having lived and raised 3 children in northern Virginia, after 38 years, it was time to move forward and make this home their permanent residence in late 2022.
