When we arrived the staff was friendly and welcoming when I eventually found someone to check me in. When I got to the room the TV did not work, we requested someone look at it or we could switch room. Hours later I asked the front desk and was only told maintenance never showed up. The shampoo and conditioner bottles had mold, the walls were filthy. The bed was horribly uncomfortable it felt like we were sleeping on a wooden bed frame with a sheet over it. We were told we could have an extra half hour to check out however half an hour before checkout (10:30) someone was knocking on our door so they could start cleaning.

I thought the hotel was nice and clean. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. It was not tasty or appealing at all. It is a standard fare for biscuits and gravy, waffles, and scrambled eggs and sausage. The taste was just not there.

The woman at the front desk (Nita?) was wonderful—friendly and gave us info on dining options in the area that were quite helpful. Shampoo container in the shower was filled with conditioner, as was the conditioner container—not good— and the Kleenex had only a few tissues in it

The staff was helpful and friendly. The property was outdated, but it was affordable and worked out great for what we needed. We traveled with our dog so we had to stay in a pet-friendly room. The smell of urine was sooo strong. The room had carpeting and while it was “clean”, it just smelled so bad! The carpeting really needs to go!
