staff was very awesome especially the night shift. They’re very calculating. I mean I’m gonna pay the neck and they help me out every time love these guys best staff at any hotel ever.

convenient location. the room can be cleaner but we are not picky. The bathroom floor doesn't look very clean and a bit dirty. They have shampoo and conditioner attached to the tub but body soap is a tiny bar. Makes more sense if they replaced the lotion with liquid soap. Breakfast was decent, they have make your own waffles and eggs and sausages.

The person at the desk was very nice when we checked in. The purpose of the visit was only for overnight. The soaps were not of very good quality. Left a film on my skin. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The free breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were very salty. The muffins and bagels were the only things that were good. Maybe buy a different brand of yogurt? It was certainly appealing but it wasn’t very good. There was nothing wrong with the freshness. The pitchers of juices and water that were out were warm. Needs to be refrigerated. It may be nicer (not a necessity) to use real silverware and plates?

Noisy…had to call front desk twice. Our window was broken. Not very clean. Guys hanging out by the side entrances.

Great location, but unfortunately it’s very dirty. I honestly wonder who and how often the rooms are cleaned other than the beds. We found spots of blood on our bathroom door and bathroom floor as well as a yellow liquid on top of the toilet. When we asked to be moved the staff did it no problem, but the bathroom in the next room was also pretty dirty. Splotches of gunk on the door and wall that looked like it could have easily been wiped off as well as a lot of brown staining on the bathtub. I wouldn’t stay here again, which is a surprise because my general experience with Comfort Inns has been good.

The property is quite run down/dated, the room door was clearly damaged/kicked in at one time and there are chipped and broken tiles in the bathroom, in general things were unkempt. We chose this place due to proximity to Wilson hospital, and were too worried about our loved one and too exhausted to comment at the time, but would not stay here again.

It was close to my grandchildren and had activities we could enjoy that were nearby the breakfast was BIG plus for them pet friendly also along with the pool

The staff was very friendly. My room was recently updated and clean. The hotel is located across the street from Food & Fire BBQ ( so good!) and Wegman’s. Very close to Binghamton University.

Nicely renovated and clean but the building is old and our room smelled very musty. Happy that there were no carpets , flooring was tile and laminate . Bed linens were white also, but the mattresses were very squishy, and low to the ground . Not sure how old they were…paid over $200cdn and that it too much.

As busy as the area around the hotel is it was quiet inside. The pillows were a bit too soft for me but they gave us each two. The bed was very comfortable and sheets were crisp and clean. All in all it was an enjoyable stay!

While renovations have been done and are nice, the bathroom in particular needs upgrades: No shower curtain on a rusted rod, low toilet than ran at odd times, just overall looked dated. The parking area badly needs to be paved and entrance is awkward coming from the sidewalk. There should be more handicapped parking too
