“To start off. One of the reviews had me think a bit. But all the others were great so I knew this was someone that’s not a lake person for sure. The house was perfect. Very very clean. My wife and I and 3 boys 20 years old. My other son and his wife here just for the day on the lake. We stayed 2 nights. The boys absolutely loved the monopoly game till like 4 in the morning. The lake cove was just awesome. The pontoon boat swim deck was the bomb. 15 feet deep right off the back of the deck. Water……

“The place is great. Just a little far out of town. That’s not a deal breaker for us though. No batteries in the tv remotes in two bedrooms. Had some batteries for one of the two in the truck though. No big deal. It happens. Had to try different variations on the WiFi password. The one listed was not accurate. Overall it was a good experience. The place was very clean and good water pressure. No coffee though. Hot chocolate, tea and creamer. No coffee. Thanks for the stay. ”

“Very pleased with our stay. Location provides easy access to the bustle of Bentonville, yet in a quieter neighborhood. Owners were quickly responsive and helpful. The layout is good, it's well stocked, the furniture is comfortable, the shower is superb and the outdoor space is quite pleasant. We definitely plan to return next year for the annual event we enjoy.”

“Beautiful home with lots of space. It seems like this house goes on forever. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for each family. The house came fully stocked with everything we needed and more. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The home is beautiful all the way around. ”

“Had an issue with cabin upon arrival, but host addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. Beautiful view and easy access to lake. Great location in a cove, put SUPs on water from shoreline. Cooked most meals and spent most of our time at the cabin/on the lake. Day trip to Eureka Springs and Little Golden Gate Bridge. We would stay again ”

“The house was beautiful and perfect for the weekend. There was no shampoo or pods for the dishwasher. The pictures of the back yard were a little deceptive. From the pictures on Vrbo it looked like there was a privacy fence but it was open on the side where the road was. It wasn’t a deal breaker thought. I would definitely rent again!”
