““Wow wow wow” is what you heard when everyone arrived. “This place is amazing” “they thought of everything”….from the new appliances and the comfortable bedding and outside seating areas and porches big enough to sit us all…to the new grill… and how spacious it all was. 2 living areas so teens could hang out in one and adults in other. The hot tub was so nice and the swing on enclosed porch. The couches sooo nice. I could go on and on!! Donna was so nice and accommodating!! We will be returning……

“Great location for those coming to ride the Bentonville trails! Easy ride to a trail to access Slaughter Pen. Coler is easily accessible via sidewalks and bike lanes on the roadway. Bella Vista is a 12-15 minute drive if have a vehicle. The location was stocked with k-cups, laundry detergent and an outdoor storage shed for bikes. All the rooms were great with comfortable beds and smart TVs. Will definitely stay here again!”

“The house was very homey and comfortable except for the beds. It was clean and nothing was lacking. The master bedroom had a full size bed which I wasn’t expecting. However, that was my oversight and my fault for not asking. The mattress was comfortable though. The mattress in the front bedroom was not very comfortable and my daughter felt it had a “body” impression from previous use. “Communication and check in was as easy as can be. Very simple check out instructions. The house is amazing. The view goes on for days. You really can’t find this view anywhere. The house was stocked with all the supplies a family would need; plenty of kitchenware, dishwater and utensils. The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of toilet paper and tons of towels. We never searched for a hand or dish towel which was great. Tons of seating, inside and out. There are also multiple washers and dryers……
