“Communication with host was top notch! This little cottage was perfect for the 7 of us! Fully fully equipped with everything you need, incase you forgot something! Even slippers!!! Was maybe a 2 minute walk to the ocean, although it rained the entire time. They had plenty of games to keep us entertained. “We were down for the Newport Jazz Festival, and this was the perfect base camp. We're sorry we didn't make it down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty.
