“Great location at Apple Valley Lake. The cottage was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The management team is great and very responsive. Highly recommended. ”

If you're looking for a piece of mind this is the place other than not being told the washer was out of order we had a great stay and will be booking again!!”

“Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.”

“It was a very cute, comfortable, and clean new property! Loved it! The California king bed was extremely comfortable. And I loved that there was a Nespresso coffee maker there. The hosts were wonderful! The ceiling and walls were super thin, but I'm a heavy sleeper, so it didn't really bother me. I would highly recommend this place. ”

“Spacious and well kept multi-bedroom condo in a nice residential area near a golf course. Short drive through back roads to Kenyon/Gambier. Perfect for families visiting their college kids, but would also be great for a crew of golfers.”

“We were celebrating a college graduation and a birthday. We had a bar b que at the unit for 7. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing a 5 course meal, the grilling station was perfect . The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen spacious enough for many cooks. A walk around the area after dinner was perfect.”

“We absolutely loved it and getting to see the solar eclipse on our 41st wedding anniversary was the GOAT! Matt is an excellent host and maintains a clean and easy to get to property.
