“There were a number of issues with this property. First it was not the property shown in the Expedia photo, nor was it in the location indicated on Expedia. Second, there was no remote control for the air conditioner unit in the main living area downstairs so it could not be turned on. Due to the extreme heat outside the two units in the upstairs bedrooms struggled to cool those rooms, and the whole unit was very uncomfortable to be in. Third, the customer service was appalling. “It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. ”

“I liked so many things about Curtain Bluff. The beach area is beautiful and all of the activities are within easy reach. The food was diverse and delicious. A new dinner menu every evening with wonderful choices. Everybody was extremely friends, including the people who were also vacationing there. I loved the open-ness of the public areas, so it was cool and comfortable without being air conditioned. It was a great spot to relax or keep busy.”
