“We came to stay the weekend to visit friends. The whole place was very nice and clean, but there was a weird chlorine stench to the whole place despite them not having a pool. It was not as bad in the room, but still very disturbing. I'm just assuming this is from too much bleach use but don't really know. I still highly recommend as it is really nice! ”

“The staff consists of a very nice and accommodating couple. They went over and above to make our stay perfect. We were there for a high school fishing tournament. They made sure we had parking with power outlets to charge our boat batteries, for the next days fishing. The owner called me several hours after we checked to let me know that they found some money in our room. Sure enough I had dropped my cash in the room as we hurried out at 4 am. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. The……

“The cabin has the bare minimum in the way of furniture, decor, linens, etc. A little bit more effort in making it more inviting and cozy would go a long way. There are no curtains or blinds, barely enough linens for the futon (which is counted as a bed), no utensils, nothing on the walls, no bedroom or closet door. It could be a very cute place with a little effort. ”

“The property was nice. They were in the middle of renovating but we did not hear a thing. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was great! ”
