“We stayed at the Dome Home for a quiet weekend away. This is the first VRBO that we took our dogs with, excuse the owner allowed pets. It was so great having them with us. My husband and I loved the comfortable king size bed and my kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen and bathroom are separate from the Dome Home which was perfect for me because I got quiet, alone time while cooking. Perfect for moms! “We had a wonderful week enjoying the beautiful house, view sunrises and wildlife. It was so enjoyable watching the changing tide and to explore the nearby towns. Acadia is close by and amazing. We were able to recharge our batteries away from everyday stress and truly relax and enjoy.”

“This is a great cabin located in a nice private setting, with the ocean literally feet from the door. We enjoyed our stay. It was so relaxing and we got to see the full Hunter Moon rising right over the ocean. The cabin was clean and cozy, and the kitchen had everything you could need. We enjoyed day trips to Bar Harbor/Acadia, Schoodic Peninsula, Lubec and Campobello Island. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat. ”

“The pictures don’t do this justice. It’s a perfectly lovely camp (if you’re a Mainer, you know this term), and the views and peace and quiet can’t be beat. The camp is easy to find, cozy, comfortable and clearly has such wonderful memories from Laura’s family. We picked this place because it’s right between Lubec/Campobello Island and Bar Harbor/Acadia, with easy driving access to both places. Laura was very kind and contact with her was prompt and friendly. We wouldn’t change a thing about this……

“We enjoyed the property. It was perfect for the two of us, clean, tidy and in a very nice location. The only improvements we would like to see would be a dishwasher and a king size bed, but washing a dish by hand for a week is fine and you can't complain to much about sleeping a little closer to your spouse.”
