“Iverall nice place. Could use bigger pots to cook with and a strainer. We stayed 11 nights and found it difficult to make most dinners. Other than that, everything was wonderful.”

“Do not fall for this. It’s a dangerous high crime area. These people would not help me after I told them we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this home. Furthermore, they started ignoring me after I had tried to explain I needed to try to get a refund. I honestly do not trust vRBO any longer because they allowed this place on their listing. “This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again.”

“It’s close to the hospital I was working at on night shift. It’s an older property. Quiet neighborhood. I only slept and worked so it was good for me. If you plan on cooking I’d suggest bringing your own pans. The communication was excellent. It worked good for me. ”

“I was fine with the property but don't think I'll stay there again. Property access was through a small alley and not in a desirable area. There was a stale scent the entirety of my stay. Place was clean and looked like the pictures but I slept on top of my own blanket. I saw roaches in the kitchen sink when I went for a drink of water. ”

“This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. We work with the local military base and were there for work but this place is beyond anything i have ever seen. If i could post pictures i would.”

“Overall the property we stayed at was 5 star for the price point per night, kitchen is not equipped to cook, dishes are minimal and the kitchen was “used”. The backyard while they allowed pets was unkept and when it rained became gross and soggy. I needed the backyard for my pets and they didn’t want to walk through the standing water. Egg rock or something back there needs to be done. You are paying for what you get, it sufficed for the time but improvements need to be made. We stayed for 2……
