“Adorable little apartment. A few minor quirks - I had trouble getting the shower head to function properly (keep up a steady stream), but since I only stayed one night I didn’t bother asking the host about it. I’m sure they would have helped out. Also there was definitely a strong Febreze-like scent in the space, which would have bugged me if I were prone to allergic reactions. But it did smell nice! “This was a nice, cozy apartment near downtown Jackson that provided a quiet, comfortable place to relax during a holiday visit. We brought our dog and were delighted that the property thoughtfully provided a dog bed and dishes. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and tools for cooking and snacking. It’s an old building with historic charm so some squeaky floors and windows but plumbing worked great and the temperature/heating was comfortable day and night (we visited during a mild……

“Jimmy was extremely helpful. Nice property guy. Owner wasn’t to communicative about getting into the unit she didn’t text until 5 pm. Could not get my luggage thru the front door as it opened up to the stairs to get to the unit. Weird layout. Jimmy the property guy helped me. He opened the downstairs unit door so I could walk in there shut the front door and walk by luggage upstairs”

“This was the perfect place to stay on our quick trip to visit our college student! The accommodations were so clean, quiet, and welcoming! The owners have thought of all the extra details with snacks, coffee, drinks, fresh eggs and updated decor. Everything felt cozy and comfortable! Additionally, any questions we asked were promptly answered. In general, this was a marvelous choice for our family. We will definitely choose to return!”

“Property was CLEAN, well laid out, attractively decorated, and had many thoughtful touches (makeup mirror on desk, snacks and drinks available). Quiet country location. Only suggestion would be for host to get a wifi extender - the connection was in and out for apartment 1 (in a location where cell data was also spotty). ”

“From CJ, to the accommodations, to the wonderful small town USA, I loved my trip! The apartment has everything you need for a restful trip. I loved the hot shower with the awesome water pressure. Parking next to the unit was certainly a plus. In fact there are no negatives I could assign to CJ’s place. It’s super quiet, but close to anything you would need from town. CJ was very responsive and a wonderful host. If I am ever in the area again, this will definitely be my first choice.”
